Citizens are encouraged to attend and participate in the discussion concerning the futuredevelopment of Cedar County, including the county's current status as a third-class county withoutplanning and zoning regulations.

The forum also provides an opportunity for citizens to discuss concerns about protecting Cedar County's natural environment and farmland.
