According to the FBI Property and Mortgage Fraud is the fastest growing white collar crime. Your County Recorder of Deeds has teamed up with iCounty to create a notification service by email if someone other than yourself records an unauthorized document with the use of your name.
Once you have registered on the iCounty you will be able to use the notification service.
